MINDSET IS EVERYTHING AND WHEN YOU SWITCH THE WAY YOU APPROACH EXERCISE FROM SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO DO, TO SOMETHING YOU GET TO DO. IT ALLOWS YOU TO MOVE DAILY WITH AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE AND YOU WILL LEARN TO LOVE IT. THIS WILL LEAD TO BEING CONSISTENT, AND CONSISTENT MOVEMENT LEADS TO RESULTS.

UNDERSTANDING MACRONUTRIENTS IS THE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE THAT MOST NEVER FIND. I WANT TO TEACH YOU HOW TO FUEL YOUR BODY PROPERLY FOR YOUR GOALS. IT’S IMPORTANT TO ME THAT I DO THIS IN SUCH A WAY AS TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD. I WILL TEACH EACH OF YOU TO TRACK FOOD TO REACH YOUR GOALS. THE ULTIMATE GOAL WITH FOOD IS THAT YOU CAN MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTH GOALS WITHOUT METICULOUSLY TRACKING THEM. INTUITIVE EATING DOESN’T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT. PEOPLE WHO CAN EAT INTUITIVELY AND MAINTAIN THEIR HEALTH GOALS HAVE TRACKED THEIR MACROS AT SOME POINT. EATING INTUITIVELY IS A SKILL THAT HAS TO BE LEARNED. I’LL TEACH YOU!

Welcome to the Fit Fam!
A little about me. I am a busy mother of two, sports mom, and proud wife, and have devoted 16 years to my law enforcement career. I first got bit by the fitness bug 11 years ago when I decided to compete in my first ever bikini competition. Over the last decade, I dedicated my life to health and fitness. I’ve navigated the fit life and all the highs and all the lows. I’ve been extreme and unhappy, hitting goal weight, shredded to perfection, only to be left with body dysmorphia, restrictive diet habits, and struggling.
I knew that health and fitness didn’t have to be these levels of extremes. I was determined to find balance, happiness, and what I call the “Sweet Spot”.
I found it! I’ve been living a happy, healthy, balanced life, where health and fitness are a part of my life and not consuming my whole life. I’m in the “Sweet Spot”
I want to help others navigate this journey. I want to be your LIFESTYLE coach that cultivates a mindset that allows you to believe in your ability to succeed. I want you to join the Fit Fam and know that I am giving you all the tools and support you need to navigate and be successful on your health and fitness journey.
Over the years I have helped many people reach their goals guiding them as they navigate their relationship with both fitness and nutrition. I remember being extremely confused and overwhelmed by all the conflicting information out there. I pass my knowledge on to others and cut out all the confusion, so they can master their own health and fitness in a healthy, happy, balanced approach. This health and fitness thing isn’t for right now this is for life.

Let me coach you to the healthy lifestyle you only dreamt of. Before you sign up for this program know that my goal is to have you be food and body confident. To realize fitness is supposed to be fun, make you feel confident, and be happy and healthy. There is no rush, no competition, and no finish line in Lifestyle. We are in this for the long game…for life.

1 on 1 coaching with me via Google Meets. We will be focusing on Mindset and Goal setting. Fit Fam will get the tools to cultivate a Mindset that allows you to believe in your ability to succeed.

Transformation — $600
This is an 8-week program. Have a weight loss challenge at work? Want to have an amazing transformation for an event? This is for you! Unlike the Lifestyle program, this is a streamlined, rigorous, no-fluff program that will get you results. We will get straight to your goals, this will not be a fun, easy program. I don’t mean to scare you, but I’m not trying to sell the most transformations. These require a lot of work from you and me! So this program is only for the person that is ready to hit the ground running.

All clients will need to have access to the internet and have either a smartphone or tablet.
All clients will need to take progress photos (front/back/sides) and share them with me.
All clients will need to have access to an accurate body weight scale.
All clients will need to have access to a body tape measure.
All clients will need to have access to a food scale that measures in ounces and grams.
All clients will need to download apps to help track food and progress.

Once you join the Fit Fam, I will send you a welcome packet with forms and a detailed questionnaire to be completed before our first one-on-one Google Meet. In our first meeting, I will ask a lot of questions. I want to dive into your relationship with food, and movement. We are gonna go deep. I want to help identify past patterns and, beliefs that are stifling your path to success. I want to know your goals and more importantly why those are your goals. We all know that our physical appearance is only the surface. I want to help you figure out what is going on, on the inside. Lets dig deep and help you find the root of why you haven’t felt ready, or worthy of your best self. This extended session will help me design your custom program. Most importantly it will help me support you every step of the way. The custom Macro and workout program will be completed within 72 hours and sent over via email.

You will need to have access to a body weights scale, and a food scale, body tape measure, if you don’t already have those you will have to purchase them. Food on the macro plan and supplements if you choose.

I do not provide meal plans. Only a registered dietitian/nutritionist can provide meal plans. I will provide meal guidance via sample meal ideas and personalized macros for each individual client.

I will teach you how to track macros for your goals.

For Transformation clients it is a requirement to have access to gym equipment. For lifestyle clients, home workouts can be done if you have minimal equipment.

With my help, you will greatly improve your ability to accomplish your goals in a healthy, streamlined, and educational way. I will give you all the tools to be successful. In order to maximize progress, it will be necessary to follow your program. The end result and hitting your goals are under the direct control of the client, not the coach. The knowledge you will gain being coached by me can be applied throughout your lifetime. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Mac coached me through a weight loss challenge for 8 weeks. My starting weight was 146 lbs. Mac gave me my “Game Plan,” which included my personalized macronutrients (Carbs, Fats, and Proteins), eating schedule, and training plan. Mac did a great job customizing my diet and exercise plan to what I enjoyed. As for the macro’s, they made me feel very full and oftentimes I had difficulty finishing my meals. The eating schedule was challenging, I felt tired until my body adjusted. Mac helped me to understand what my body was going through and encouraged me to push through.
